2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you access this website, technically required information is processed (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser information). This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for stable and secure operation.

3. Technical setup

This website is built with Next.js and served via Cloudflare Pages. Technically required data is processed to deliver content based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Use of Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare as a CDN for delivering static assets and for security features (bot and DDoS protection). Technical data such as your IP address may be processed. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and performant operation).

Additionally, we use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection in our contact form. A security token is generated without transmitting personal data to third parties. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

5. Cookies and consent management

We use a consent manager. Necessary cookies are required for operation and security. Functional, statistical or marketing cookies are only set after explicit consent.

6. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is enabled only if you consent to the "Statistics" category in the cookie banner. Data is transmitted anonymously (IP anonymization). Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

7. Contact form and e-mail

For contact requests, we process your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number, and your message to handle your inquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

8. Storage period

Data is stored only as long as required for the stated purposes or by statutory retention duties. Afterwards data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to certain processing. Consents can be withdrawn at any time for the future.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

11. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from "http://" to "https://".

12. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as needed, for example when our services or legal requirements change. The current version always applies.
